Circuit Sentry™ is a smart industrial monitoring system designed to track temperature and humidity conditions inside instrument enclosures located in demanding environments. It is purpose-built for deployment in locations such as mining sites, railway infrastructure, tunnels, culverts, and other outdoor or underground industrial settings.

The system uses advanced power line communication technology to transmit sensor data over existing electrical wiring, eliminating the need for additional cabling or structural modifications. Communication is based on the Modbus RTU protocol, allowing seamless integration with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other industrial control systems that support Modbus RTU, ensuring compatibility and ease of deployment.

Track Inspection Robot

Railway transit is a vital mode of transportation that connects people and goods across regions and countries. However, railway transit also faces many challenges, such as aging infrastructure, increasing traffic, safety risks, environmental impacts, and high maintenance costs.

To ensure the reliability and efficiency of railway transit, regular and accurate inspection of railway tracks is essential. However, traditional track inspection methods are often manual, labor-intensive, time-consuming, and prone to human errors. Therefore, there is a need for innovative and automated solutions that can improve the quality and speed of track inspection.

Track inspection robots are one of the emerging technologies that can address this need. Track inspection robots are autonomous or semi-autonomous machines that can perform various tasks related to track inspection, such as measuring track geometry, detecting rail defects, identifying foreign objects, assessing tie and ballast conditions, etc.

Track inspection robots can operate in different environments and weather conditions, collect and transmit large amounts of data in real-time, and provide accurate and consistent results.

The Machine for Full-section Rail Welding Seams

The on-line milling machine for full-section rail welding seams is a specialized piece of equipment designed for precise processing of rail welds, ensuring a smooth and uniform surface profile. With compact dimensions of 968mm × 645mm × 735mm and a weight of less than 50kg, it is engineered for portability and ease of use.

The machine operates at a rated power of 3kW, with a DC 48V drive system and DC 12V control voltage, optimizing efficiency and control. Featuring an X-axis travel of 150mm and a processing time of 40 minutes or less, it delivers high precision, maintaining a surface deviation of no more than 0.1mm over 100mm and 0.2mm over 200mm. Designed for reliability and accuracy, this machine enhances rail maintenance by ensuring high-quality weld finishing, improving both safety and track longevity.

Cutting Tool for Rail Welding Seam

The cutting tools for rail welding seams are designed to efficiently remove excess weld metal and refine different sections of the rail for a smooth and precise finish. These include the cutting tool for removing excess weld metal, the cutting tool for rail bottom welding seam, and the cutting tool for rail waist welding seam.

Each tool is designed for a specific part of the rail welding seam to ensure efficient material removal, improved surface quality, and enhanced track durability. Their specialized design increases efficiency, reduces manual labor, and ensures consistent machining results, making rail maintenance more effective and reliable.
